Going Live was a full-day workshop event that happened at Concordia University in October 2018. Idealized by Dr. Mia Consalvo and Dr. Stefanie Duguay from the Communication Studies Department, the event was a “warming up” for the annual AOiR – Association of Internet Researchers Conference held in Montreal. Going Live featured more than a dozen leading researchers investigating live streaming across games, social media, and emerging technologies.

Although working with a lovely team for this event, I was particularly in charge of creating the visual identity for the event as well as managing the live communication through its social media accounts. The visual identity creation was applied in different media formats, from video to printing material, (such as posters, direction signs, name tags, and paper headings), including social network media of the event (Twitter, Instagram, and TwitchTV).
